We are currently accepting new patients by waitlist only, and we are prioritizing patients who do not have a family physician. Please join only if you are unattached; patients with an existing family physician may not be eligible.
How to join
Email wefcc.waitlist@gmail.com with your full name as written on your health card, your date of birth, and your phone number.
Do not include any additional personal or medical information in your email.
Please note: we are still working through our existing waitlist. This new list opened pre-emptively, and we do not expect to begin contacting patients from it for the next couple of months.
Waitlist rules
The waitlist is processed in the order emails are received.
Do not send multiple emails. A second email moves you to the bottom of the list.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee placement with a provider.
Physician selection is not available; assignment depends on availability.
If we contact you, you must attend your appointment to hold your spot.
There is no estimated timeline for when you may be contacted.
Please do not call or email the clinic for waitlist updates. Our staff cannot see waitlist status and cannot provide updates.

Urgent care
Same-day, by phone, in person.
Our urgent care clinics run 5 to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 3 pm on weekends. They are by scheduled in-person appointment, for urgent matters only, and at this time they are available to clinic patients only.

Fees for uninsured services
There is a fee for all forms, and for referrals and prescriptions tied to services OHIP does not cover.
Quebec patients
All Quebec patients with a physician at WEFCC will be charged for virtual or phone visits.
Controlled medications
We do not prescribe narcotics, opioids, cough syrups, or other controlled medications to patients who do not have a family physician at our clinic.
Interpretation at visits
Patients who are not comfortable communicating in English should bring a trusted adult interpreter. Clinic staff cannot interpret during medical visits; if safe communication is not possible, the appointment may need to be rebooked.
